Charity fundraisers

We support a range of charities including those in the local community. Some of the charities we have supported include Children in Need, Comic Relief and Birmingham Hospitals.

We also follow children’s interest. We have fundraised for World Wildlife Fund after a child in year one presented his fundraising idea to Mrs Kenny and the school council.

For Comic Relief in 2021, children revealed their superhero powers! Children discussed how they were all ‘super’ in different ways and used their superhero powers to raise lots of money.

 

For Children in Need 2019, the whole school joined Joe Wicks live in their classrooms for some morning movement! Excellent for physical and mental health. Children across school enjoyed Joe’s workouts during lockdown too.

 

For Anti-bullying week, we kick started the week by wearing odd socks to show and celebrate that we are all different and that it is ok to be different.
