Special Events

Throughout the year, themed days/weeks are woven into the curriculum. These include, Anti-bullying Week, Mental Health and Wellbeing week, charity fundraising events, World Book Day and Science week.

 

World Book Day

Staff and children enjoyed dressing up on World book day and sharing some of our favourite books.

 

Anti-Bullying Week

Children wore odd socks to school to celebrate us all being unique and embrace our differences as part of Anti-Bullying week.

Science Week

This year, Nursery and Reception have enjoyed having caterpillars in school and watching them change into beautiful butterflies! Year 2 have also observed larvae turn into pupae and then emerge into ladybirds in the Summer term.
